NT-43 Frosted

Frosted is a pearlescent and glowy milky white colour. Picture a milky white colour that has almost a chrome orange-y glow finish to it and you have FROSTED! This colour finish is reminiscent of the glazed donut nail trend, but WITHOUT ALL OF THE WORK! Layer one thin coat of it over any colour of your choice and boom,  an instant frosty pearlescent glow.
